Hello!  Its been a long time since I was able to access my blog; did not remember my ID and Password. Soon I hope to figure this out so I may be able to post and post on the right page and topic.

I consider myself the leading Prison Consultant in the United States based on my credentials  in the Criminal Justice System. The best thing about me is I am Free. I don’t charge for Prison Advice. In this Business you will not find anyone better. As a matter of fact, In prison I documented everything I could on how to Live in Prison for about a year. Not only did I write about these Codes, Rules, or Customs I put them in a Book called Prison Etiquette. I even met with other Races as well as my own and took votes on what to write about and what not to write about. I teach you about prison, I don’t just talk to you about prison.

This Blog is ran by a Convict, Bill Mulholland.  Since 1983 I have been in Prison, On Parole/Supervised Release, Jail, Work Release, and have never been off  Paper as to date November 8, 2011. I have 21 years behind bars during that time with 30 years in the Criminal Justice System. I was the First Man in the State of Washington to win a Three Strikes Appeal, State Case, a Life Without Parole Sentence (LWOP). I walked off (served) a 15 year sentence under the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA) in the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). I am also a Jailhouse Legal Beagle, Legal Dude or Jailhouse lawyer. I had my Writ of Certiorari actually Distributed to the United States Supreme Court Justices.
